Services

We provide a range of short and long-term residential options, rehabilitation, personalised support options and other services for people 16 years of age and over with physical, sensory, neurological impairment or multiple impairments.

Respite/Carer Support is provided to people over 17 years of age.

We cannot provide a residential or respite service to those with primarily an intellectual or psychiatric impairment, those with significant medical, behavioural issues or those who have a drug or alcohol dependency. While there are staff available 24 hours for support, we do not provide hospital level care and are not Government contracted to provide 24 hour registered Nursing Support.

Service Components - to meet unique needs of individual resident

Please note that residents are required to take as much responsibility as they can for their own domestic work such as laundry, cooking and cleaning. Residents are supported by coaches to develop skills and their level of self reliance. Where people are not able to undertake these tasks they become part of the service provided.

Financial Affairs should be managed by the individual or a designated person (refer EPOA).
